Excellent place to eat downtown! Ordered the chochinita pibil and the Cruz azul margarita with queso fundido as an appetizer. Everything was savory and delicious. The margarita was super fresh! Loved the ambiance and even was the music was on point

First time trying the downtown location. Plenty of friendly staff, no wait to be seated and great decor. Food was quick and fresh. Bartender did a great job. A fun, downtown spot to grab food !

Loved the decor, lighting, overall atmosphere. Tasty chips and cheese dip, then had to go for the salsa…very good too. Kids taco good sized portion for my son, 9. Daughter got the flautas, very plain chicken inside…glad we had the cheese and salsa because the sauce they came with was not her cup of tea. Carnitas tacos were great. Chimichanga too much sauce, but carne asada inside was good. Mixed drinks great….mule perfectly mixed with fresh lime. Fire alarms intermittently went off causing anxiety for the kids…then somebody nearby got one of those smokey drinks and my daughter had to go out for fresh air. Whew….wish we could have loved it! I was really hoping to.

Our server Raul was the best server ever! We are very glad that he was are server. As he was very funny and entertaining. He treated us very well and was very quick. He was a courteous and respectful young man. He deserves a raise! The food was very good also. Overall this place was a 10/10!

We’ve been meaning to try this restaurant for a while and I’m so glad we finally did! The atmosphere is so fun and the staff are friendly and attentive. Raul was our server and he was fantastic! He knew the menu well and gave GREAT recommendations. I am gluten free and he went back to double check with the chef if some menu options were gluten free. We will definitely be back again!

I’m sad to rate this place so low. My friend and I came for lunch with her disabled daughter who needed to remain in her stroller. The dining room had one table that was occupied and otherwise had only booths or tiny tables in the corners. We were told they could not seat us if we couldn’t fold up the stroller or that we would have to go upstairs or outside. It was freezing outside and there’s no elevator upstairs, so we wound up eating outside in the cold. We had to wear our coats and bundle my friend’s daughter up to make sure she stayed warm enough. Our food didn’t remain hot all the long, but it was good while it lasted. We had the Quesabirria hanging tacos. The presentation was incredible. I will say the consumé was not my favorite – it tasted like they used a significant amount of tomato sauce in it. It almost tasted like thin marinara sauce. I’ve had tons of quesabirria and consumé all over the country and have never had consumé that tasted like that.
