Although our salmon donburi is similar to the rice bowl we serve with the seared salmon combination. We have increased the amount of seared salmon and salmon roe

The vibes were very homey and cozy and wasn’t super busy during weekday lunch. I got the tempura chicken udon lunch special and it was delicious! I definitely want to try the classic beef one next time, but the soup and noodles were so good and will have me coming back for more. They also provided a complimentary steamed egg which was equally delightful. The space is pretty small though so would recommend coming earlier rather than later.

One of the best udon I’ve had. So flavorful, the ham đếm noodles were amazing. Portion sizes were huge, nice side dishes. The wait is a bit but it was worth it! I’d come back!

Amazing! I am mind blown by this place. Their noodles are so fresh and chewy and their broths are umami af. Generous portions and a very friendly staff. Each comes in a kaiseki style tray and there’s hot hoijicha as well as complimentary appetizer and a little ‘azuki’ dessert to top it off. Super curious to try some of their other dishes. The space is kind of small so plan your trip accordingly. You order at the counter and find a seat. Everything else is full service.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is by far the worst restaurant I’ve been to. My wife and I went to this restaurant based on the 4.4 star reviews we saw on google. When we first walked in, my impression wasn’t great. It felt like this place hasn’t been moped or clean for years. There was flys everywhere and the AC wasn’t even on(90 degree weather). No one was in the restaurant when we walked in at 630 pm and the waitress was slow to greet. The food was very pricy for what it is. I ordered the beef udon and my wife ordered the garlic pork. The flavor in the broth was none existed and the meat doesn’t taste fresh. After we ate my wife and I both felt pain in the stomach and had to run straight to the bathroom. Hope this review help the next person considering eating at this restaurant.

Some of the best noodles in town. Staff is super polite. Building is a little crusty, but adds to the experience. Took our noodles home and ate off it for 2x more meals.

Although a small space the food is fantastic. They practically serve their dishes in swimming pool sized bowls. I recommend the beef curry and the dan dan udon.

The udon was soooo tasty they are a bit slow to serve, but it makes sense since things are handmade on the spot. the server was very kind and clearly cared about the customers. The comments about the flies are definitely correct, mainly because the door is wide open during hours! I didn’t mind this, but they could definitely use one of those screen things that drape over the door frame to get fresh air but also keep bugs away! The portions are huge and I could have easily shared the dish.

Soooooo good. This is a quaint little shop, almost couldn’t find it but I’m so glad we stopped in. Udon is made to perfection, and the broths are fragrant and authentic. Udon comes with sides and appetizers, as well as a small dessert. The real crab roll is also loaded with crab meat. Will definitely be back!

Oodles of noodles for you to get your slurp on. Things will get a bit messy, but rest assured you’ll walk away happy. The hidden gem here is matcha tiramisu
