I would have given this a 5 star, the food was great. We had our food very quickly the waiter was nice! But the host was absolutely the most un friendly host I have ever experienced. Definitely didn’t feel like she wanted us to be there and was just plain rude.

We went in late one evening and sat in a section with one other table who were super loud and obnoxious. The waiters were firting and acting like they were high schoolers. I asked a couple times if we could be moved bc my son who is autistic does not handle noise well at all. One reason we went so late was to miss the rush of dinner. We were ignored and when out food came before our drinks it was horrible. Half was cold, directions on sons meal wasn’t followed at all, finally got our drinks then and never seen another waiter until we went up to check out. I feel like a manager should have been in better control of the situation.

Horrible service had to keep asking for a waiter or waitress to help us with everything they brought out the wrong food and had attitudes with us because we just wanted to pay our check and leave but they couldn’t find our ticket cuz they didn’t know where there waiter was that even took our order. The food all taste the same cuz they cover everything with the same sauce just horrible and I don’t recommend this place to anyone taco Bell is better than this place will ever be

Ordered take out. Ordered the 4 steak tacos which is supposed to include refried beans and pico de Gallo. Got home and all I had was 4 steak tacos and a bag of chips with salsa. Since I live 15 minutes away I didn’t go back to get what they left out. First and last time o do take out with them.

Even though they were, like many businesses right now, understaffed but we totally understand that since we all do work or have worked in retail and food service. This has the worst experience ever at a Mexican restaurant. My family and I (Party of 11) visited this establishment on a Sunday night and our waiter initially stated that we would have compliant and boy did we.
