Service was fine, no complaints here. Food a bit disappointing ,but at least it was inexpensive. Tamales super dry and relleno was hamburger with a pablano pepper (I think) and a tiny bit of cheese on top. Margarita mix was a premix. But honestly, in GA it’s hard to find good Mexican food so there was no surprise it wasn’t great.

I would like say that it’s one of the best Mexican place around augusta area we visited so far. I love how they present salse in the glass bottles. It tastes amazing and fresh. It is also enough spicy. Chips are so addictive. We needed to ask refill couple times. Quesadilla had a unique presenting way. I usually eat it with hands but in this restaurant it wasn’t possible. Fahita was good, beans too. Toilets were clean and smelling good. Even though it was a lot of people due to event.

WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant EVER! We had a fine time eating, but when the bill came I absent-mindedly gave the server the wrong card. SHE YELLED ACROSS THE RESTAURANT MY CARD WAS DECLINED!!! Yes across the restaurant, THEN when I spoke to the manager he was baffled as to why I was upset! He told me there was no problem with how the server handled it! A patron even offered to buy our lunch which was unnecessary bc I only handed her the wrong card but added to the ordeal of embarrassment caused by this establishment… I will NEVER go to this place again and NO ONE should ever be treated this way EVER!

The meat was well seasoned and cooked. The steak and chicken especially were just spectacular, juicy and tender. Kids meals are huge and have lots of options. We ended up taking half of our food home because there was so much, so it is well worth the price. The salsa has the perfect amount of kick and flavor. And the staff are so friendly and kind. We are so happy to find a place with yummy food that feels like I’m back in CA. Thank you!

We’ve been searching for a good Mexican place in the area since we moved here. We’ve tried 5 or 6 places, but Azteca Maya beats them all hands down. Authentic, delicious Mexican food. The Papas Locas and Horchata are our favorite. Highly, highly recommend.
