While working in the springs, I unexpectedly discovered this incredible spot that I must rave about. It has undoubtedly become one of my all-time favorite places to visit. Despite following recommendations from Yelp and Google reviews in search of the best, this place surpasses them all. The tortillas are always freshly made, the food is flavorful and delicious, and the salsa packs the perfect amount of spice. It’s truly a culinary delight. I can’t help but daydream about having this fantastic location closer to Denver.

Great quality for the price. The handmade tortillas are incredible, which they sell. This is a locally owned restaurant, ran and operated by the family themselves. Everyone there is very kind. Places like this are an important contribution to Colorado Spring’s culture, and supporting them is beneficial to the downtown community and C Springs community at large; propagation of family owned businesses, especially restaurants, prevents homogenization and industrialization which have observably hindered the possibility for a heterogenous cultural flourishing, in favor of commercial, convenient chains. I don’t need to mention them here, out of respect. Eat at these local places, they’re valuable gems to the community.

Literally the best burrito you will ever have. I have had it several times and every single time it is the same amazing quality. The people are very helpful and I love the student deal. The tortillas are made right in front of you and it’s very impressive!

First time coming to this place and gotta say, I’ll be back often! Super friendly staff and the food was delicious! I haven’t had a fresh made tortilla since I left San Diego and these ladies brought it all right back! I had the chicken burrito and was beyond stuffed afterwards haha! Top notch Mexican joint in downtown!

People like this place? I came here with my wife and kid, we spent about $55 which is insane. We came here because of the ratings, but wish we hadn’t. The food is ok, it’s not terrible, but it’s not worth the insanely high prices. $8 for a kids meal of Dino nuggets and fries, not including drink. Honestly better off going to a chipotle or Qdoba, less expensive and better fresher quality.
