Everything tasted good. The guacamole could a been a little more “fresh”, but was ok. The Coronas were nice and cold. My daughter LOVED her cheese enchiladas with the mild red sauce. The server was Super sweet and very attentive.

Just ok. Table of six. A few got the Cadillac margarita. The drink was served with a mini bottle of grand marnier. The consensus was it was way to sweet and if you poured the entire mini in drink it completely overpowered it. Chips and salsa were fairly good. Ordered the chicken Supreme Burrito. The practically flat burrito was missing a few ingredients. The shredded chicken was stringy and overcooked. It was smothered in cheese and topped with a red sauce lettuce mixture. The best thing about the dish was the beans. Another at table got enchilada trio served with beans and rice. The enchiladas were just ok and the rice was inedible. Didn’t care for our server facetiming while taking care of table. She also didn’t check on us after getting entrees. I was surprised at how long the dirty tables outside went unattended. There are too many other places to try to return.

The food was ok, I had fish tacos, salsa, and chips. Guacamole was not freshly made at the table, so it was a bit of disappointment. Tacos were a bit of soggy as it was in the plate with beans, rice, and salad. Not spicy had asked for hot sauce.

My first time in The Villages, my dad, stepmom, and I came to Ay Jalisco for dinner. We were seated outside (as we requested), and were rewarded with a gorgeous sunset view of the Spanish Springs downtown area, and live music from a block away.

Great food and service, albeit slow. There is a car show on the Square every third Saturday so the restaurant was packed. Probably 80-100 guest. Only four servers though, hence the slow service. We respected they were busting their tails though. Probably a good idea of management to check out the calendar for the square. Been this way for a few decades.

Worst service ever, in 60 years. Server never came to check on us. Her friend was there with a baby, and she spent her whole shift visiting with them. I had to flag her down to ask for more tea. Then we needed another beer and more tea, both servers were nowhere to be found and NOBODY was bartending. Never going there again to eat and drink.
