I went inside the store and was greeted with two employees that were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. Seems they enjoy their job. One employee was attending another couple and she was awesome on explaining every snack they had and how it’s made, she knew her many perfectly.

This place is DELICIOUS!! Very unique food, fruit, and desserts. Before I talk about my food, I have to mention how amazing the service was. It appears to be family owned, very friendly, answered all my questions, and explained every dish in great detail. The menu looks small, but there seems to be a lot of options and combinations you can create. First, the corn on the cob. Wow! Smothered in some kind of mayo cream spread with cojita cheese sticking all the way around and sprinkled with a wonderful spice seasoning. Best I’ve ever had. With the corn I had a large cup of ceviche. Big chunks of cold fresh shrimp, crisp cucumber, tomato, avocado, etc. A delicious sauce drizzle that i dont know what it was but darn good. I got a cucumber lime aqua fresca to wash it all down. I could tell it was made from scratch. The bottom of the cup had pieces of soft cucumber. Yum! Anyway, super excited about this new place. We had fun stopping at this little snack shop for ice cream. The strawberry was delicious and I love that there were coloring pages and markers out my son could use. Great atmosphere! I’d love to come back and try the ceviche and elote!

Such a unique and delicious concept for this town. Very helpful staff who really took time to explain what everything was and all the customization that could be done with every snack. I can’t wait to try everything they have to offer! Such a cozy atmosphere, it felt like being at a friend’s place. I will recommend this shop over and over!

They let me try a strawberry and horchata drink for me when I asked what drink they’d recommend, and it was amazing! Bought one immediately, and it’s just sweet and fruity enough where it’s still nice and refreshing for hot days such as this one. I can’t recommend this place enough! Polite staff and wonderful music! This place deserves the 5 stars it has currently as of typing this out.

Ay chapbela is such a unique and much needed in this small town. Customer service was amazing presentation of food amazing and overall an out standing business shout out to the owner and thank you I crave elote and tostilocos and all the other goodies they sell on a daily it’s so nice having somewhere to go to fill these cravings:)!
