Went there for a late night snack, the burger was good but the root beer float was icy, which might be due to using soft serve as opposed to a regular hard vanilla ice cream. I wouldn’t order it again!

Will never eat here again. Got cold fries, asked for fresh ones, they just put them back in the fryer. Got my food home and my fries were rock hard. Buns on the burgers were stale, burger patties were cold and the bacon on my burger was raw. This is absolutely unacceptable and management NEEDS to make some changes before someone gets seriously ill.

The managers are “curt”. Not welcoming, no smiles, no “thank you” from anyone. When you ask for condiments it’s like you asked for an arm. They need some friendliness training badly. Good food, but super rude upper management. Tables and pop areas are never wiped down.

We stayed for a long time chatting and they were very nice and never acted like they wanted us to leave. Friendly staff. A&W Root Beer float was excellent.

I ordered the pub fish and chips. The fish was good but the French fries were cold. They did not put in any napkins, a fork for the cole slaw or tarter sauce for the fish! I will not be going back ever!!!!

It is a combined A&W and KFC. Took my grandson who ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I ordered the 2 piece cod basket. When we finally got our food, the only thing that was hot was the cod. The chicken and the fries were cold. I had to go back through the drive thru to get tarter sauce for the cod. There were no utensils or napkins. When I went back through the drive to get tarter sauce, I mentioned that the fries were cold and the only response i got was “sorry about that.”

Fast service. Buzzers and noises were going off. Noisy . Hand sanitizer didn’t work. Mens bathroom didn’t have soap, garbage can overflowing.

Not a great experience. Drive thru pulled up, 2 three piece meals, one original and the other Extra crispy. Ended up with only extra crispy and one meal had three drumsticks, Food was dried up.

Disappointed. Simple order of a papa burger, no pickle or tomato. I get a big papa with both pickle and tomato. Get charged for a cup of water, no receipt, very curt short staff. Definitely not up to my expectations for an A&W.
