Having worked in fast food, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Everything about my visit was pretty bad, though. The service wasn’t great, and that would be fine, except the second I opened my corn dog nuggets, there was a hair in it. At the drive through I had to clarify 3 times -in detail- which combo I wanted, and they still gave me the wrong one. With the prices the way they are? No one wants to pay exorbitant prices for food they didn’t ask for.

I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews on this site that I regrettably, must agree with wholeheartedly the service?oh geez! I had to send my order back 3 times and each time they acted like I was putting them out by simply asking them to get a simple order right it was 3 pm and they behaved like they were too sleepy to work. It doesn’t take a genius to get a customer’s order right on the second but you’ve got to be an idiot to take 3 tries and still have the order wrong . I’m never gonna eat there again

I think this location is okay. The food quality was okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich big box combo and a chicken strip big box combo and they left out one of the sides on the chicken strips box. i asked for sauces and wasn’t given all of them. They gave me two ranch and a couple butters. When I spend over 40 dollars on food for two people I expect that I at least get what I order and i don’t have to beg for sauce. In their defense they did have a customer who had a dairy allergy and they refused to look online for dietary restrictions. They just kept asking them what had dairy every though it was obvious no one new and I honestly don’t think it’s not their responsibility to know. If your diet is that restricted look online or eat at home. I had to go online and look just so the employees could help other customers. I think this location is just short staffed like almost every other business these days. I gave four stars for the simple fact these employees still come to work everyday to make sure we can have lunch. Thanks guys!

Posting mainly on the kfc portion, my bowl was basically mashed potatoes and gravy 2 chicken and corn, I didn’t get a cookie and my lemonade was watered down

I’ve never been to an A&W location where the Rootbeer Cream Freeze was not available. Considering that a customer can order a Rootbeer float, but not a freeze is odd.

Came to this location. First off, expensive and off service. Ordered a cheese curd never made it at first. When they were making it, took the fries away because they thought it was a wrong order, when in fact I ordered both. Fries were off and curds weren’t cooked well. I overspent on this and I’m not satisfied.

The burgers at this a&w location are among the best of fast food in the area. Like just about everything else on the menu, they are heavily seasoned and, frankly, would benefit from a little more acidity or sweetness. In other words, add extra ketchup. I think a good analog of the double cheeseburger at a&w is what’s found at Red Mill, regarded as one of the best burger joints in the area. The flavor profile here is very similar, although their sauce isn’t as spicy of course.

Their prices are insane….. I literally ordered 4 cheeseburgers (just regular ones, nothing fancy) and a small Coke…my total was $30!!!!!! 30 bucks for 4 measly burgers and a drink! Why does this location high jack their prices??? Not right… I almost left the food and asked for a refund but my son was with me and I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it..but he even said something when we pulled away… Also, the lady taking my order must’ve been in a hurry because she wouldn’t even wait for me to finish speaking before interrupting and saying “is that everything??” I had to repeat my (very basic) order 4 times!! And then they had me pull up out front to wait… definitely not worth it..save your money and go anywhere else.. I grew up loving A&W but sadly this store missed the mark big time. Bring back REASONABLE prices and then maybe it’d be worth it. Maybe…..

Great fries, but slow service and they messed up my order this last time I went. I ordered a “spicy papa burger”, but received a regular one. This is why you should only have one person taking my order, not two people. I won’t be returning. The burger I received was “meh” and the cheese wasn’t even melted

Ten dollars for a corn dog kids meal is OUTRAGEOUS!! Especially when they make you park for ten minutes before bringing it out. I can go to Olive Garden and get a kids meal for 6 bucks and it’s better quality food. This place is over priced.
