I don’t know if the staff is new or just doesn’t care for the job but we received the worst service I have ever witnessed. The waitress rolled her eyes when we walked in because there were 6 of us. Upon ordering she was so out of it she had to asked 3 of us 3-4 times what we wanted again. We all received our meals at separate times and when we received them several were wrong, missing items, etc. one of the kids got chicken nuggets/tenders and they were not undercooked but smelled and tasted weird to to point 3 adults checked them out and agreed they were not fit to consume. Several items were questionable but we were hungry. The waitress acted super inconvenienced upon asking for sauce or our missing items. Outside of us the table behind us had the same experience with incorrect orders and a ban from outside came in yelling due to his treatment. Hopefully they can see this and address this with management to ensure staff is accountable for basic customer service and dining standards and expectations.

This is a cute classic A&W, we got two meals for under $20 and the food was spectacular! Service was fast, and it has such a cute vintage feel! Would definitely stop again! Parking is a little rough though to warn you.

My work group stopped at this location in Myrtle Creek for our lunch break. When we entered the building we asked if we needed to order at the outside counter or not. We were told no they would come and take our order. During our 20-minute wait, we asked three more times if someone was going to take our order and we’re told yes. At 23 minutes someone finally reluctantly took our order. Our lunch break is only 30 minutes, so we work locking back in before we even got any food.

Waited for an hour. I’m pretty sure they forgot our order. Went up about 50 min in asked for drinks shakes were done and melted on the counter. Food was not packed nicely so chili and cheese leaked over everything. Paid $55 with tip and threw basically all of it away.

Every time I seem to stop by its closed…it’s 735 pm and closed early again why do I drive a half hour foerr a great burger…I even tried calling in my order at 7:20 and didn’t get an answer on the phone while in Coquille I just figured they were too busy to answer so I just kept driving. I have been a customer of this location for the past 26 years and enjoy riding my motorcycle from North Bend to grab a Papa Burger and Curds for me and family…Please correct your issue or loose more customers..Bob

Pretty good drive in in the middle of myrtle point. Got a spicy papa that wasn’t spicy and chili cheese fries. Fries were good but they forgot my burger so I had to go back to get it lol. They had it waiting for me when I got there. Decent burger, good fries. Will stop again if in the area.

The food is meh, the service is worse than horrible. We waited an hour and a half for 2 orders, it was a Friday at 2 and they weren’t even busy. It’s a shame. We won’t be back and won’t recommend this place. The girls just look at you from inside the kitchen and pretend you’re not there. It was a terrible experience. This is the only fast food restaurant in the surrounding citys, it could be a goldmine if it was managed correctly.

Literally waiting for 20 minutes at the drive up menu after pressing the button. Called and asked if the buttons weren’t working because no one was coming out. They said the buttons are all broken and so we ordered on the phone and it took another 35 minutes for the food to come. The next day we tried calling to place the order before getting there, they disconnected the phone after not answering the phone 4 times in a row. The waitresses roll their eyes for anything and genuinely don’t seem to care about anything.

Have you ever played mini golf? It’s that good, unless you hate mini golf, then it’s better than that. The cheese curds are like little golf balls on your best game ever.
