Good quality burgers and fries but not drive-thru friendly…… Grew up loving A&W — can’t find a better burger in this price range — beats every fast food chain in the categories that matter most: quality, price, and a simple old fashioned menu. Tastes like they’re still flame broiling the burger – so much better than that weird factory lab mushy tasting meat other places have. Good fries too! Perfect when fresh…and they tend to be fresh here, if you don’t mind waiting hella. I live two blocks from here but don’t come that often – I officially hate the KFC-split model now. It’s like they’re setup for the KFC or something, so EVERY time I come through the drive thru they’re like yeah can you pull up to the front and we’ll bring you your order. Ok yeah sure cuz you know gas is currently free, no prob, plus I love chillin outside when it’s a 100 out. Then they sometimes give you someone else’s order, ugh. Place has a lot of potential but drive-thru experience is why I don’t come here often, esp these days. Oh and sending me a flyer for 2 combos for $10 on Tuesdays and then saying it’s $12 when I get there. That’s just messed up. In the old days places would honor the previous flyer, I think only their neighbors got it anyways. But no, these days it seems like it’s all about under-appreciated employees and profit margins – which is actually an odd match with a good old fashioned classic burger joint like A&W. Lot of potential here.

I’m a African American women who visited this location Today at 8 pm to pick up my DoorDash order inside and no one greeted me and I was left standing there for over five minutes waiting on the order while they all walked past me. No updates on my order then they forgot the drink and instead of making mines the girl makes ten other drinks while I’m still waiting for the customers order that should have been finished long ago. HORRIBLE CUSTER CUSTOMER SEVICE.

Drive through only,A&W side closes early I believe 9pm, last couple of time my order has been wrong or missing items. And had to pull over to the front and waited for 20min (conservative time assessment) for my order. I love the A&W cheese curds but the last couple times have been way over cooked and just don’t cut it for the craving. I only eat here once in a blue moon as it is very unhealthy but on those cheat days when craving that one really bad food you love I hope for a perfect delivery of flavor and service and that just hasn’t been the case. I am on the fence about coming back to this location the next time I crave A&W.

This happens to be the second upset from this location. And it has gotten worse. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I requested no onions and received it with onions. Also the entire burger was really just a terrible mess. For me presentation is everything just as much as taste. My boyfriend has also ordered a chicken basket and never received any sauce for the chicken or honey either that comes with it.

Quality of the food is the five stars of fast food. The listening skills of the order taker a 3 star rating. Asked server to plz hold the wonderful but fattening cookie and biscuit…bonk they were in the bag and now my waistline.
