Always something wrong with my orders. Asked for Ketchup only on my burgers, they had everything on them. Not the first time, this is now the 9th time they did this. My son will not eat his burgers I bring home from them, I will go back to In&Out because A&W is horrible with directions. Also asked for mashed potatoe and coleslaw sides and they were not in the bag. Three trips ago they gave my wife’s online order to another customer. I waited for over 40 min for our food that time.

Really good burgers, very flavorful and the double is very filling. some of the best seasoned French fries I have had, they aren’t just seasoned with salt but other seasoning too really top quality in fast food. this particular A&W is joined with A KFC so that was great too.

Wanted a burger for Mothers Day, it was horrible! Fries was cold and nasty tasted like they have been setting ther for 4 hours, burger was luke warm. Went back through the drive thru told them about the fries, they replaced them with hot fries but the fries was still nasty and old. I can’t believe that A&W would serve such nasty food!

Moldy stale buns for hotdogs. So gross. So wrong. Icky. Never again. Read most reviews, same quote from management. ” sorry you had a bad experience, we will talk to our staff” It’s like the cut an paste their comments back to disappointed customers. That same response back shows they really aren’t concerned about their quality.

This was one of our worst experiences in 2020 going to this a&w/kfc. Our chicken looked and tasted as if was re-fried…our hamburgers was the worst burger ever!!! The chill dogs were a joke and EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!.. I I WOULD OF RATHER HAD A PRISON MEAL!!!at least I’d be hot and tasty..you guys over there in tracy a& w/ kfc suck….

Normally it’s really good and service too….I dont know what the heck happened today they took 15 min to do 3 rootbeer floats???? And they were mostly soda I get it if they were busy or about to close….em no…I’m kinda sad cuz I never get them and welp no icecream just creamy rootbeer….

Staff was rude and refused to serve us from the limited amount of food they had available and they refused to get food from their freezer. This is a joint KFC and A & W Restaurant. We were looking for burgers rather than chicken, but again, the staff didn’t bother with any kind of service or questions. They need to FIRE their entire staff and start over again with new management.

Burger and chicken. Chicken bagged and on the counter for the 5 min it takes to cook the burger. Umm I planned on eating that. Not a bag of bacteria. No utensils. I guess I’m not eating the only thing that was warm. 20 bucks for garbage.
