An A&W pit stop on my way back from Pismo Beach. It shares the restaurant space with KFC. It’s a convenient location but when I went, it wasn’t the cleanest. It seemed like people previous left their garbage all over the tables. I’m also a little disappointed that they didn’t have the fresh root beer on tap here even though they advertised fresh root beer made in house.

Never fails, everytime I come through, no matter how small the order, they take my money and make me pull around, with no one behind me. This is really annoying. Like this is cheating your timing system. Just let me wait at my food so I don’t have to wait for someone to bring my food out. I’m literally watching someone, right now, have my bag, but you guys are helping someone that walked in, Instead of bringing my food out.

The food was good; hot and fresh. Our order was correct even, we’ve had issues with fast food restaurants and accuracy lately. The only problem we had here was that it was as hot inside as it was outside, which was around 90°, not an exaggeration. I really felt bad for the workers. Unless they get the AC fixed or turn it to a comfortable temperature I would get your food to go, as we did.

Stopped here for a rootbeer float on the way back to the bay area. This was nostalgic , because this was a treat when I was growing up. It was good and almost as I remembered. I didn’t eat any food here, so can’t comment on that. But I can comment on how sticky the floor was in this restaurant! My shoes literally stuck to the floor. Please do a better job cleaning your floors.

I drove by and order me a root beer float. There was no ice cream on it. Soago. I went back and let the manager know, she didn’t care, she had a negative attitude yet she did exchange the soda and give a new root beer float yetttttt!!!!!! Still not ice cream on the root beer float. The nasty root beer float ever all they give is like3 tead spoons of ice cream on a large cup full of soda.. Don’t waste your money here. Customer service none, very unprofessional starting with the manager that’s on duties right now since I drove by 39 minutes ago.

Best A&W i had a long time, i tried it on sunday, the cashier at the drivethru was the most kind person i have met in fast food. I had to park but that was on because they made everything fresh, and thanks Donovan for the warning about how hot it might be because it just came off the grill. 100% recommend, and i will come back always.
