Every time I go there, they’re out of something. I wanted a rootbeer float, they have no ice cream. I’ve wanted a soda, they had no ice. I’ve wanted a burger, they had no cheese. The building is trashy, run down and falling apart. Not sure why health inspector allow it to be open.

I don’t know where to start the minute you walk in its a totally bad experience. The person that took our order had no good costumer skills we were not even greeted the young girl skipped our order and the sad part is that all we had ordered were the root beer floats and we asked her about our order and she just ignored us and gave us such an attitude. And when we questioned her about the size on our floats she just walked away and said nothing. And the root beers were hot I thought they were supposed to be cold. Just such a nasty and dirty place to eat we will never visit!

Walkin the place is dingy, the guy cooking aknowledged us, but the guy who ran the register has terrible customer service, couldnt keep his hands out of his long hair, never got food because they were out of condinemts for the burgers, no ice cream, no chicken. In a tourist this is disappionting.

The cashier was great, the food not so much. My hush puppies were hard and my chicken was oily. Also, please clean the salt and pepper shakers. They were so covered in oil and other peoples dirt that my fingers were sticking to it.

Ordered a 2 piece fish combo when got back to White’s City found that they only gave me 1 piece fish. Called to complain but when I called 3 times each time it rang 4 times picked up by automated answer saying “Thanks for calling, Goodbye” Kind of a hard thing to miss.
