Our daughters burger looked great. Our burger meat was so over cooked we both gagged it down. The ice cream good. Chicken strips good. They were swamped and didn’t have enough help. The place was so dirty. Dead flies everywhere food crumbs left in benches. The bathrooms in the gas station filthy. We stopped back by and still so dirty. The pump readers didn’t work on a lot of the gas pumps. It just really needs to be professionally cleaned.

It was okay. First time trying A and W fast food. The freeze was good, chicken good everything good except the fries were a bit cold. Need more help and cleaners but overall i think I’ll eat A and W again

It’s a solid option, burgers are fresh, fries are good, the cheese curds are wild. And the root beer freeze is nice.. only reason for 4 star is that they are kinda expensive and I never really get a good service experience, they are either so rushed they are short with everyone, or they are so not rushed that it feels like they are just annoyed with the fact that they are working… Idk, just weird service is all.

The food was AMAZING. But oh my god, worst customer service ever. The cashier saw us waiting in line, continued to talk to her friend in the back and then she went outside. Completely ignored us. Then the girl in the back peeked her head from behind the wall but ignored us as well. Then when the cashier finally came to take our order, she acted like we were annoying her by being there. Completely rude, I honestly would have left if we weren’t so hungry. Worst customer service I have gotten in a long time.
