I don’t understand why I have to drive from the window over the spot number 3 and wait 15 minutes for my food when my chicken nuggets come out cold and the guy doesn’t even bring my drink????? So then I have to wait another 5 minutes. I feel like KFC is trying to step up their game but these employees are really screwing it up.

I originally ordered drive through, came around the corner and found out my load was too tall to go to the window. The guy working the window pointed me where to go and had such a great personality and was very light of the situation. I ended up having to run in and use the restroom before leaving as well and the girl behind the counter without hesitation went and unlocked the restroom for me which I appreciated. I love the attitude from the people here so much I ended up buying cakes to take home. This was my first time here. Thank you for the up beat, kind, and helpful service!

Golden Morning
Great for a quick bite. We went there around 3:30 on a sunny Saturday afternoon. This is a KFC/A&W location so that’s always a bonus. The lobby was clean, staff was friendly and the wait wasn’t bad. We were able to feed three 18 yearold boys plus mom and pop for under $42,another plus. Order was correct, food was good. Wish the fries would’ve been done a little more, but overall we had a great experience. Ohand the cheese curds are pretty awesome.

My husband and I eat here all the time and yesterday was by far the worst experience that I had ever had. The customer service was non existent the food that I ordered was cold or had been sitting on the roller all day and looked partly prehistoric. We always spend a ton of money here so I was really sad to see that we weren’t taken care of.
