The person who took our order was so kind and friendly. We stopped by as we were headed out of town and I was already exhausted. The employee chatted with my kids and walked them through ordering their own food. She was like a ball of sunshine in my day and cracked some jokes with me. I’d come there again for the service alone. I also heard her discussing with the employees ways to improve some of their processes to simplify it for them while still maintaining quality for customers. That kind of leadership and listening is the best and made me love the place even more. The food was good too, which was the cherry on top. 😉

Best jalapeno spicy bacon cheeseburger I’ve had in a while all hot fresh Krispy fries seasoned just the way I like them super hot and fresh. Burger was just made to look like the advertisement. Very well done A&W keep it up I’m definitely coming back.

Was great on Atmosphere until the Domino’s workers from next door came in and decided to take it from a family friendly place to the slums with their language. But teenagers do that. Can’t really blame A&W completely.

I was charged for 2 extra sauces when I never got the extra sauces. Also don’t see why a 2 PC chicken tender kids meal cost $7 ….chicken is cheaper then beef and it’s just a 2pc? I also asked for a root beer float n got a freeze

The price of food is the same you would pay at a sit down restaurant. The food was good but the portion sizes have gotten smaller as well. They even said they were out of root beer which was the main reason we actually stopped.
