My wife (a breastfeeding mother) and I were traveling in the evening and my wife Needed food. It was 20 minutes before closing and the “open” signs were still on but the doors locked. They completely ignored us not even coming over to let us know they were closed and eventually hid in the back. It seems like poor service is a consistent problem here… It’s sad to see A&Ws disappearing but after this I’m less confused as to why.

Root beer is house made and incredible. Obviously the big draw with the root beer floats, also exceeds expectations. I didn’t know the restaurants and in store a&w were different until the recent law suit against the in store company.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to an A&W so while visiting in the area we decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! Friendly staff and very quick service. This establishment knows how to treat customers and deliver great food!

Absolutely terrible service. No one said anything when we walked in for about 5 minutes, and just stared at us. Then the lady that took our order was snappy and rude. The food was great, it was delicious and all correct. The service was just awful. And as someone that has worked multiple customer service jobs I am very frustrated by what I experienced.

Pretty ridiculous you guys close at 10 but aren’t serving food at 9:25. Close at 9 if you’re too lazy to stay open that late. Told us they closed the kitchen and to leave hahha what a joke.
