I really do like this restaurant, so normally I’d give it a 4 to 5. However, this trip was disappointing. I ordered 2 of the 5 piece chicken nuggets kids meals for my 2 kids and the regular chicken sandwich combo. They had me pull around to wait, and I’m fine with that because it usually means my food will be fresh. Well, they forgot my drink, my chicken was soggy from sitting with pickles on it too long, they gave the kids Corndog nuggets and then the fries were old and barely warm. Food is just too expensive for it to be served incorrectly, especially when I had to wait longer for it all to be done.

I was surprised when I looked around and noticed, it didn’t seem like they were cleaning up after customers. Tables, floors, all needed improvement. It surprised me because, other KFC/A&W’s I’ve been too, have done better.

Rootbeer delicious. You can get A&W here as well as Kentucky Fried. I hate to say last time I went. Floor sticky. Rootbeer fountain very foamy. Had to keep going back to get any kind of drink. Cigarettes butts at entrance. Not making it appealing or appetizing. Booth needed to be cleaned. Yet seemed to have alot of employees to clean and what not. Unless it was shift change. Hope the place improves!

The burgers were not put under a heat lamp, I guess to keep the tomatoes cold. The fries were hot and fresh. However, as we got about halfway though the fries, there was hair. The employees did not wear hairnets, gloves, or masks. We informed the on duty manager about the hair. She offered us new fries, which I profoundly said no as I had lost my appetite. We have no plans to return.
