Spent $35 8pc chicken meal it came with 4 biscuits that were hard as rocks the chicken was dried out tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time we ordered two root beers ,supposedly the root beer is made in house well they need to learn how to make it it taste way off this location needs serious help

Are you ever going to reopen your lobby? I get that you needed to in the beginning for a couple months but most every other fast food has had there lobbies open for over a year now. I always have a truck and trailer and cannot access drive thru. I like to sit and rest and have my lunch.Always loved A&W and their fresh root beer. Whats the point if you can’t even sit down and have a refill. Hope you reopen soon or I will never go to another A&W in my life. Was understanding for a long time because of the circumstances but this getting ridiculous.

Ordered 2 dogs, a fill-up box with tenders and a side of onion rings. We were told onion rings were cooked to order and parked us. We waited about 7 or 8 minutes. When our order came out, EVERYTHING in our order was cold! Including my made-to-order rings! The tenders were tough and looked old. How do you serve this garbage to people on purpose!? Wow! Never again. Gross!

Tables dirty, trash on the floor, serves slow. They were busy and understaffed I understand that, but having to wait 40+ minutes after paying is beyond terrible. The guy whom served us, kept arguing with us stating he had already given us all of the food we order, while still missing 1/2 of our order, wouldn’t even give us a receipt for the transaction. The cashier also touched our food after taking our money, without washing his hands. Poor customer service overall and The food itself was flavorless, cold, subpar at best. Morgan however was very nice and tended to us to the best of her abilities and was very polite when dealing with other upset customers.

Terrible service. Actually heard one of the woman behind the counter tell the customer, “Well that’s what you get for getting fast food”, when he was missing his fries.That same woman said she accidentally deleted 2 orders from the screen without processing them. One of which was my order. After 10 minutes I asked to see the manager, only to be told he wasn’t in. I demanded my money back, luckily I was given it, but not very respectfully.
