Lady at the window has a attitude problem ordered 3 large root beer floats for my family and tried charging me for 2 and when I told her I had 3 she rolls her eyes and just walks off for a moment. As soon as we got the root beer float she doesn’t bother to hand me any napkins meanwhile my float is leaking out from the cup and getting all over the car seats . This place really needs to reconsider who they hire for customer service quality cause this was just not it. You can get better service at mcdonalds.

Stopped in last night a little bit before closing due that we were unaware of the hours, The crew that works at this A&W and the Kid working drive-thru were awesome! They were extremely accommodating,friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I was impressed at the level of customer service these people expressed given that’s hard to come by anymore or anyone that actually gives a rip about their job

Fried chicken planks are greasy. The cashier didn’t know anything about the kind of fish used or if plank were breast meat or pre-formed. She didn’t seem happy that I asked her if she could find out, but now we both know planks are breast meat, and the fish is pollock. Malt vinegar is a healthful add. You must ask for their 10% senior discount. They were so nice to give it to me as a refund. A high point was that it’s quiet there when coworkers aren’t talking with the cook! And, grease really moisturized my lips.

It’s a place and they serve burgers so it’s a burger place. They have good customer service but wait time for food was 30 minutes. Not a pleasant thing to wait for while hungry. The increased hunger should’ve make the food taste better but it didn’t. So really they get a half star for friendly service, half star for uniqueness, and star for cleanliness.

Save your money this place is not worth it. Food was very low quality for the same price as Whataburger. Taste bad, need to have them wipe tables down because they were all dirty. Honda ask for ketchup packets because there’s had accidentally gotten cocktail sauce in it. They got our order wrong…

The food was awesome, but they need to update the whole restaurant and they need to clean the floors more frequently in the kitchen.. you can see cooked fish batter crums on the floor everywhere in the kitchen.Also the landscaping outside needs to be mowed and cleaned up.
