25 mins to get a cold burnt burger and fries. How is it both cold and burnt and takes 25 minutes? Great question. Gave an extra star because the diet Dr pepper fountain was good. A lot of places get the mix wrong, but this was good.

Terrible Service. The employee who took my order was lackadaisical and almost rude. Then after repeating my order twice, we get up to the drive-thru window and the same employee told his co-workers there was an addition to the order he wasn’t aware of. However, he was told twice prior to our arrival at the drive-thru window. The staff were not wearing their masks properly nor were they wearing gloves. The food was average and service was terrible.

A good restaurant has to do with good management and them making sure the employees keep it clean, put out hot food with no messed up orders, and don’t leave everyone waiting in line. This one obviously doesn’t have it and it makes a big diff in the money the restaurant makes and how many people eat there. I always read the reviews before I go somewhere. Some managers need to clean up their act because it looks bad on them.

Slow, horrible service. Food was inconsistent and gross. Chicken strips were over cooked, salty, and chewy. Took 25 mins to get a chilli dog out. AND the ice cream tasted nasty. Not to mention the floor was sticky, and the tables were dirty. 0/5 stars is more like it. Save yourself the money and the time, don’t go.

I wish I could give zero stars. We were here for 35 minutes no food checked with them and said buns were unthawing. Got food out had to send the burgers back because they were cold, fries were a in between warm and cold. The only thing we ordered that came out hot was the hush puppies. We sat down and didn’t eat for a hour later from sitting down. They need new management and a team that will get their jobs done.

This has have to be the WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN HISTORY OF FAST FOOD PLACES !!! I came through the drive thru and waited 5-7 minutes and then pulled up … I got to the window and the African American female working the drive through was talking to other people instead of doing her job and taking care of the drive thru … she got an attitude with me and asked “ am I still gonna order” I said definitely not with the attitude and the rude customer service … I would never come to this place again I will take my business and money somewhere else where I ADVISE YOU GUYS ND GALS TO DO THE SAME

When we first walked into the business we immediately smelled the bathrooms. The counters were sticky and had drink rings on them. The tables were also sticky and looked like they hadn’t been wiped off in a week. The drink area was so gross. Now to the crew… They didn’t give us cups for the order saying that our meals didn’t come with drinks. Once we got our food they left some of it out and we had to go back and then they argued with me about what we had ordered saying they did give us all our food. When we ate our French fries were soggy, the coneys tasted like rubber and the hamburgers were cold. The manager was up front counting her till and had an attitude and after she finished counting she put the money in her till and said that’s good enough, I’m tired and I don’t even care. I will not be going back.
