I don’t usually give bad reviews. I saw the one stars and still decided to try it. Got a fish sandwich but it wasn’t fresh. Wasn’t nasty but could have been better. Fries was fresh at least. I probably wouldn’t try it again.

This is an A & W /Long John Silvers combo store. We ate LJS, and it will be the last time. First problem, store was hot, and so many flies we couldn’t eat, and had to take our food to go.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I’m the general manager for a fast food place myself and know how difficult it it’s but this place was extremely disappointing I went through the drive thru to grab lunch after a meeting with my husband and son and they gave us the wrong food nothing other then cheesecake was correct when I called to let them know who answered the phone was extremely short when I tried to explain to them was cut off with ok I’m not in front of a computer. Will not return to this location ever again

It smells like fish inside the restaurant, the workers don’t use gloves, it’s a little ghetto & I purchased a shake & it took 10 minutes for me to receive it. I wouldn’t waste time or money here.

If I could I would give a 0 star. But sadly you can’t. Came in for lunch and after $20. The portion sizes were lacking. The store wasn’t clean very few tables were kept up. And the staff wasn’t the friendly. Save your money and your time. Go elsewhere

Nope never again let’s start off with the drive thru. trying to order off the menu and no one responds there is a piece of paper floating around saying please pull up to the window our mic is out “really” so I get to the window place my order have to sit and wait a little longer and the food was so Bland no flavor my hot dog looks like it was on a diet it was so skinny there was more chili than anything else…

Arrived at 1:59 PM and ordered two burgers with fries and a two piece chicken basket with fries to go. It was 2:30 PM when we walked out with food we had to bag ourselves. They forgot our drink cups and a box of crumbs I paid for but didn’t want to wait another thirty minutes to get.

First of all, the good points: The burgers are good quality for fast food, with good quality toppings. A&W root beer has also always been one of my favorites, with a much smoother and creamier taste than other root beers. The fact that it is attached to a Long John Silver’s also means that you can mix and match items from the two menus, which is great if you love hush puppies as much as I do.
