Staff ignored me and just turned off the drive-thru menu light, right in front of my face. It was still 7:45 and they don’t close until 8:00pm. There was no sign that stated otherwise due to short staffing or anything like that. They decided to close up shop early, just because they wanted to. Ridiculous and disrespectful. No wonder I only hear bad things about this location.

While I understand there might be disagreements on the job, the employees probably shouldn’t be cursing in front of the customers. Even at the drive through window we could hear the swearing. The little dark hair with glasses kid abruptly handed us our drinks and talked badly to who I assume is the manager. He should be let go. Not sure what the situation was, but he doesn’t seem to respect authority. None of the employees should be cursing with customers near. Again things happen but be more professional about it. There was also a delay and nothing offered as a courtesy for the multiple inconveniences.

Great service Tonight. The guy at the drive through just after 6pm tonight was great. Friendly, smiled, and our food was put together with care. Not sloppy at all like many other fast food places. Thank you for a good experience. Please let the guy know. A little pricey for two people. I hope he gets paid well.
