First time trying this location. I was so excited. Food was out pretty quick but I noticed from the first fry they weren’t fresh or hot. I took one bite of fhe burger and I noticed some pink but I had to cut in half to check. It was a horrible experience. I felt sick to my stomach. I brought it back up to the counter and everyone just looked at me with a blank stare. Kyle was called from the back. He apologized and took the food back and he said he’d remake it. I waited and saw everyone else in the lobby had gotten their food. After 10 minutes or more I walked up to the counter and Kyle said “oh yeah the order” . I told him to just please give me my refund. I turned down the food and just wanted my refund because at this point I just wanted to get out of there. Kyle than proceeded to tell me “it’s going to take him a while” to find my order in the system. He also gave me 2 -$10 coupon cards that can only be used at Mt lake location. The food and customer service was a joke and very disappointing. Will never come back here again even if I only live like 10 minutes from here.

I’m not to impressed by many fast food chains but this one was the standard by which others should follow, staff very courteous and professional. Food was delicious and not quickly thrown together like many other places even though it was lunch hour rush, care and detail was taken into making not only our order but others as I looked around and observed. Very filling had to take most of it to go for on the road snack later. Keep up the good work.

Service was terrific in spite of the busy atmosphere. We were patiently waited on and explained to about how to upgrade a combo item. We dined in and the servers brought the meal to your table. The food tasted great, golden fries and a strawberry shake with chunks if strawberry.

We have been here twice now and both times the service has been soooooo slow! We originally were the only vehicle in drive through, and just a couple inside customers. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food in drive through! What is the point of being fast food, if you can’t complete an order in a decent time.

Got there 10 minutes to close. Ordered some corn dog nuggets and a couple polar swirls. Also got a gift card. The staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant was very clean and nice. The food was fast and hot and delicious and the polar swirls were perfect. Highly recommend this A&W.

23$ for a 5 piece chicken tender combo with a shake is ridiculous. The tenders alone are 12$ for 5 pieces. Then they charge you 5$ to make it a combo. Then another upcharge for a shake. So you mean to tell me this piece of chicken is worth 2.40$? Next time Just ask me to donate to an employee fund so I can pay for you all to pay your employees Jesus.

Dining area very clean as well as the restrooms, food was hot, cook, and fresh. It was nice to see the people handling and cooking the food wearing gloves and hats. The restaurant was very busy when I was there, very good to see that.
