I don’t have the greatest expectations for employees in the fast food industry, but my experience at this location on Friday, February 10th, at 12:45pm was exceptional. The employees were polite, engaging, helped me figure out how to get the best deal for what we wanted to eat, and they were kind and cheerful. You never know what you’re going to get in a mall food court, and I rarely write reviews, but if you’re at the MOA and find yourself looking for a food court, I highly recommend this A&W for the best fast food service.

I had a problem at this location yet I gave it a 5 star rating? Read on… We were playing at the MoA Friday evening and when I asked the grandkids what they wanted to eat they screamed A&W because they love the root beer. But when we went to order, they said they had no root beer! What a let down. So we got shakes instead. The burgers were what we expected and consistently good is a mark of a good restaurant. It was such a let down though that when I got home I got on the A&W website and left a note about our experience. Early Saturday morning I got apology responses from A&W AND the site manager explaining what happened and offering to make it up to us! Thank you. A restaurant that cares about their customers experience and immediately reply’s to concerns is where I will continue to dine.

Pretty fast service on a busy Sat night. Four combo meals set us back about $35, which is about what you’d expect. Kind of small portions, but it all tasted fine. Chili cheese dog had to be eaten with a fork. No way to pick up that guy and not have it all over, so that was good.

The papa burger and french fries and root beer so good. Not the same as years ago but so good. The food hot fresh and workers work fast.the restaurant and uniforms clean nice. Bathroom good. The manager give me a bag of ice for free for my cooler. He very kind. I say go. It so good. The best food. They try hard.

I was charged for items I didn’t ask for and didn’t even get what I ordered. I went here because it was one of the only places without a line during my lunch break, only to spend half of that time waiting with about ten other confused customers. We were told to wait until our order number was called out but there was no one calling out orders. The staff were just putting items on the counter and walking away, whenever someone went up to ask what the orders were the staff walked away from the counter leaving us to sit there confused about what was happening. Staff would usually see us and after a few minutes would stop talking in the back to come up and seeming just hand us random items off of various trays of food. By the time I was handed my random assortment of food I was short on time and had to run back to work. The only thing I was given that I wasn’t allergic to was the hotdogs bites which were clearly from different batches. Some were crisp and hot right out of the fryer and the rest were soggy and lukewarm like they had been sitting under a heating lamp for an hour.
