It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location and was a little bit disappointed. The food is still good but they no longer bring the tray to your carxand place it on the window as they did. Everything comes in just a regular paper bag! I asked about it and was told it was because people are stealing the mugs and the trays!. The root beer isn’t even served in a frosty mug, it’s just a regular paper cup! There’s nothing fun about going there. I mean, the whole beauty of the tray on the window was that you could eat your food in your car and have a tray to sit it on now it’s just like any other fast food restaurant! They’ve got to come up with a way to bring it back to the way easily. Maybe even charginf a deposit for the tray and the mug. I would be willing to pay that if I wanted that service in fact, I did buy a mug. So I A&W, I hope you will read this and consider that– just make it an option. People can pay a deposit to get the tray and the route beer in a frosted mug.

It is AWESOME that we still have a true A&W with the drive up service like this. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and wearing masks (Covid). Prices are reasonable. The food is really good, but not spectacular – fries could be saltier, burgers were good, but that’s it. The root beer though..NOTHING BETTER!! Definitely check them out!

Old school. Cool. Have to be for the small town burger joint feel- a bit dumpy by today’s standards. Yes, I know A&W is a chain, but this is an old school location. Juke box, booths, and teenagers.

My girlfriend and I took her granddaughter and her granddaughters brother to this restaurant after spending a day on a farm petting animals, going for a the hayride, etc. That means two adults, a 14-year-old boy with a big appetite, and an almost two year old girl. We ordered just under $40 worth of food. I personally ordered the root beer with my meal. I specified “original root beer in a frosty mug.” The teenager ordered a root beer float, which also happens to come in a frosty mug. When I ordered the kids meal, I neglected to specify the drink.

This is our very favorite restaurant in Edgerton Wisconsin that we love to go to! It takes me back to my childhood to go here and I am 65 years old! It’s so cool where they have the drive up menus where you can order from your vehicle- just like in the 60s!

Very clean atmosphere friendly staff..fast service price was good ok! The root beer is what I come for and the fries are fine.. The burgers seem to get smaller and smaller and the buns are not good …lettuce looked like diced salad instead of big pieces tomatoes not fresh very c- burger …I expected better but still one of my favorites the ice cream and small town feel is what keeps me coming back
