Loved the food . It’s been awhile since I’ve had good A&W but pretty pricy. And got the jug which back in the day was a full gallon and now it’s a half a gallon pretty much. But over all the food was great and worth the smile on the kids faces.

15 minutes to get order. Got served frys that were on the food counter when we arrived. Ordered bacon cheeseburgers didn’t get bacon. Went up to get proper burgers with bacon the waitress was very snobby. Did finally get bacon burgers. Bad experience

I mean it’s a fast food joint if you rank it with other fast food in the area it’s way better than McDonald’s Burgers comparable with Culver’s Arby’s and Hardee’s I will say this they have been short-staffed but the employees they have are incredible

It was late after a road trip, hadn’t been to A&W in quite some time & it was close to my hotel. Just grabbed some cheese curds which I used to love from there & hot dog nuggets. Both were terrible. Root beer tasted flat, definitely not an A&W experience like I remember.

Wen u order ur food make sure u have someone taking ur order tht actually has great tude not a bad one cause we spend too much money at fast food to get treated like we need to hurry or get the hell out line … An wen talking to manager an they say we’ll u can jus lev if u don’t like it makes u feel like tht manager trained them an there totally fine w there tude means they trained them to talk to customers like tht … An ok there horrible attitude… Srry but customer is always right it’s good food but the works need a retaining on there service an for the lady tht told me to lev u lucky u really are

I used to work here. I was 14, it was my first job, and let me tell you, I LOVED IT. It was like the training wheels of jobs. Everyone was so kind, it was genuinely like a family. Today, at 15, I am going to apply at a brand new place for a brand new summer job, and now I have work experience for my resume, which is not something most 15 year olds can say. I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu, so trust me when I say, it’s a great place to eat. (And fun fact, theres secret add-ons for your ice cream! Just ask!)

I’ve been to a few restaurants and I really like them because I love root beer and their burgers taste the way that Wendy’s used to taste. They’re very good. I always get the Papa’s Burger and this time I switched up my side to the Sriracha cheese curds. I also ordered a root beer. Everything was great, but they forgot to give me my ketchup and if I had to bet money I think they gave me diet root beer. I will say that the diet root beer is very close but it had that weird fake sugar aftertaste that made me think it was Diet. I was really Blown Away by the Sriracha cheese curds honestly. I opened them up and they look like normal cheese curds so I was about to go back in and return them but I bit into one and it was spicy. There’s no sauce on it and it doesn’t come with dipping sauce. I highly recommend them. The burger was great as normal but I didn’t have my ketchup to make it even better. It took a little bit of waiting I think I was there for 15 minutes, but it’s worth it for made to order food.
