The wonderful older woman was amazing at helping us out I usually just come here for the rootbeer floats but I left with cheese curds and strawberry, caramel dipping sauce( it’s amazing) 10/10 best experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had period

Paid the lady after pulling up to the drive through window. Waiting for food quite a while and a guy came to the window and asked if I paid and what my order was. It seems the first worker left in the middle of my order. 7PM on Saturday night. Food was good though.

There’s no A&W by us, so we were excited to stop here on our road trip. Unfortunately I got my period and had to get help cleaning up. By the time we made sure the staff would have nothing to do we went into the dining room to order to find them locking us in. We told them we were still there and asked to order. One person told us we could then another came out and said they were closed. It was 4 mins before closing. Goodbye, delicious root beer. I left defeated with a stain on my pants and no food in my belly.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in fowlerville! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The professionalism and customer service is outstanding! I unfortunately forgot the names but the manager was one of the sweetest souls I have ever met! She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect! The food was on point and must add the young gentleman who helped at the register was super helpful and patient! Thank~you staff your all doing an amazing job! Can’t wait to come back!

I’m bummed. We are on a longer road trip and set the destination to this A&W. We were there 15mins before closing but needed the bathroom and had a minor emergency. We went out to the restaurant 4 mins from closing and saw them locking the doors and told them we were still there. I asked the girl if we could still order and she said yes and disappeared. A guy came out after and said they were closed and everything was already off. I let him know we had asked if we could order before trying to, but he insisted they were closed. I’m really disappointed and won’t make this a destination in the future. Thank goodness Wendy’s was still open so we could eat.

We stopped in late on a Sunday night, leaving an MSU graduation ceremony. We dined in, and even though it was late, our food all came out fresh and hot. The staff was very friendly.
