They ripped me off! I showed the line on the spoon to show how much was actually in there. Paid 2.69 each for 4 tiny ice cream and each one was less than half full. I mean it covered my spoon HALF WAY when I stood in straight up in the cup. And now they won’t answer their phone. I’ll ABSOLUTELY be getting my money back. Counted it. 4 bites total.

It took over 10 minutes too get food. The cheese curds were overcooked, cheese outside of the breading. They were out of items, and didn’t tell us, til we got to the window and paid. We were put on the spot to change our order, and they offered no apologies, or even coupons. The manager on duty was rude, and started yelling at her employee, before he could close the window. poor guy.

The food was kinda alright i guess, when i asked for tartar sauce for my fish the manager rudely told me to get myself from the pumps in the lobby. So i went to do so, just to find NONE of the pumps were on the sauce and they were just exposed ALL NIGHT since they had just opened. So the manager put the pumps on and told me to get it myself without cleaning or putting new sauce in the pans. None of the employees took credit for it when the manager asked and they were all laughing like it wasnt a big deal. The root bear floats were amazing but if i were you id only get that.

Got order wrong going through the drive-thru. Went inside. Not even an apology or effort. Waited for over 20 additional minutes for service to fix the drive-thru issue. Restaurant interior smelled more of something gross bordering a hidden infestation than food. Lady from the food preparation area was openly rude toward her co-worker who was taking lobby orders. +1 star from terrible review of establishment because I still ate it.
