Was here at 9:20 websute and facebook said closes at 10:00 pm The lights were on the loby appared to be open we were in drive thru and waited about 16 min at 9:36 person comes to the druve thru turns off all the lights and walks back to kitchen area we could see thru side drive thru window. Dont beleive the web site; facebook or sighn on doors of operating hours.

Rootbeer float was amazing! Burgers are VERY thin, but ingredients were fresh. The dining room needs a thorough cleaning. The bathrooms looked as if they hadn’t been swept, let alone mopped in several weeks!

We were on our way back to Ohio and needed to eat before heading out, the dining room isnt open as I found this out by walking up to door and its locked. The employee out front was working in the flower bed never bothered to let us know, we were forced to drive thru. We were 4th in line and 3rd by time we ordered, it took at least 10 minutes. The man in front of us was on a motorcycle and I could see his frustration as well, he was baking. As well 2 more cars were behind us waiting so that is a total of 5 cars. I’m observing the employee outside who I watched let 2 other people walk up to a locked door as well and she didn’t tell them either , she didnt even look up smile or anything at anyone. With the line growing, she never stopped to go check and see if anyone needed any help. The food was good but eating frustrated isnt any good.

I’ve always ate here for years but this visit was horrible. The tables were ALL dirty. So I ended up having to clean my own table before we could sit down to eat. And there was only 2 other tables of people there. So it wasn’t like rush hour or something. Then when our food came the fish and chicken both were dry and one piece of chicken was too hard to even bite through. The whole meal was just gross. I would have rated this place a 5 every other visit I’ve ever been there but last weekend I am not sure what happened but I won’t be stopping there to eat anytime in the near future.

My best friend & I, along with my 2 kids, stopped by A&W tonight to eat. Upon entering, the floor needed to be swept but I just assumed they had been busy before we arrived & had not gotten around to it yet. The booth seats were torn in places & the building really needs updating.

We love having the opportunity to try something different than the same old fast food restaurant hamburgers everywhere else. The a&w burgers are delicious with fresh lettuce, tomato and onions. We love the cheese curds too. The workers have always been friendly.
