It was a Long John Silver’s/A&W Restaurant. The food was very well prepared. The food was hot and served quickly. The servers were friendly,polite,and most courteous. Here’s hoping when Shop Rite opens in the old Kmart behind the restaurant business picks up.

Arrived at 545pm to be told the grill was broken and that the ice cream machine was turned off for the day when they close at 9pm… second time this happend. How do you expect to serve customers when you have no working equipment to cook food.

It is no wonder that a and W is a dying food chain I showed up at 10:44 to find out they don’t open until 11 o’clock So I go up the highway a little bit and do what I have to do and decide I’m going to come back here for when they Open I come back I order in a to and I am greeted with our grill is not up and running now they come in to prep around 10 10 30 why is the grillnot running if you open at 11 piss poor service

Worst experience at a drive through,the manager who had difficulty takeing our order I’m assuming she was discriminating on the southern accent that every other restaurant does not have issue with understanding,at the windows picking up our food she passes us a open lid cup with our float pouring out of our cup as if they don’t have special cups for that at the end of the 30 minute process they messed up our order and we asked for a refund

Was going to go to get some milkshakes called to see if they were open due to everything going on and got hung up on immediately after calling I will 100% never ever get anything from here again if you can be that disrespectful over the phone then clearly your customer service skills can’t be all that great I’m sure that’s the reason for most of the bad reviews on this place
