Drive through speaker doesn’t work. Must drive to window and wait…15 minutes. I got the Onion Mushroom burger. There was so much mayonnaise that I couldn’t eat it. We’re they trying to make it look like cheese?

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves after a long day and stopped by for a quick bite. We went in which we rarely do and are glad we did! It was like stepping back in time! The original A&W signage was still up, and while everything was old it was well taken care of. Even the parking lot and dumpster area were well maintained! The burgers were FANTASTIC, the cheese curds to die for and the young man at the counter was a total sweetheart. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we realized they had closed the lobby mere seconds after we walked in. We will definitely treat ourselves here again and again!

The food is expensive and the quality is horrible and very inconsistent. I just spent $27 for two meals and they could not have been more disgusting. The fries were cold and completely saturated with oil like a sponge they were not even edible (squeezing a fry resulted in oil dripping all over the table).

Ever since the new owners took over it takes 3 times longer than it should to get your food. The food is good but nothing to write home about.The staff decided to give us 2 bags of fries as an apology for taking so long to get our food to us, by the way, it took almost a half hour for our food to arrive. Keep in mind that we used the drive thru. Needless to say I’m not impressed and won’t be returning.

The last time I was there I was so disappointed! I love cheese curds and the chicken sandwich. Cheese curds were cold and my chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked. My grandkids’ orders of little corn dogs kids meals weren’t fully cooked either! Don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

Use to be my favorite place, but since it changed owners has gone down hill big time. Went there to eat they were out of half of the,menu items and root beer was not working…we ordered food they got rootbeer working so we got floats. They were disgusting due to root beer with no carbonation. My burger was not even close to what it use to be…really sad and disappointed this place use to be amazing.

This place has really gone down hill since I was a kid. Several girls working here just stand around while maybe two people do all the work. The old lady who is always there (the manager I assume) is super rude and always looks angry. It always takes forever to get your food. Even if there is hardly anyone there. Plus they are way over priced. Make a change quick, get new young skilled management blood into the mix and make this place good again.

The restaurant was clean. The young man who took our order was friendly and accurate. I bought rhe $6. Box deal. Cheesebueger, fries, mini corn dogs and a 20 oz. Drink. Plus cheese curds for .99. The fries seemed a little past their prime for my taste. Other than that the food was pretty good. Will definately return in the future.

Ive been to several other A&W Locations and they are all closer to typical fast food joints. You still have a small wait but usually not more than 5-6 minutes. This location is not that way, in fact they are quite the opposite. I wish I could give negative stars.
