The bathroom is kept lock but is not clean. Floors throughout felt like they don’t use degreaser. Soda machine seemed like it was running out. My burger was good though.

Terrible, went through the drive-thru was told to pull forward, waited, and waited, finally went inside, to see about the order, no one came to the counter after 10 minutes, people just started walking out. I spent 19 bucks for lunch, and left with nothing. STAY AWAY

No iced tea. We waited a while and then when food came it was cold. Then I found a hair in my burger. Definitely stopped eating, left hungry. I’d give less than a one star but no option for that.

We were served by a very rude lady who called us stupid and laughed at us for asking what type of container the gallon of root beer came in and you have a very rude nasty attitude the whole time. She didn’t even make my freeze right, I’m pretty sure she mixed it with some other type of sids because it taste like sprite or something. I’m very upset. Would not go back to this one again

Third A&W restaurant i went to. Third lobby closed. I don’t want to order online nor do i want to go through drive through. I was hoping to have at least one colorado springs location have open doors with a lobby i could at least do take out from. But alas no such luck. The food is generally fresh and tasty but it’s also hit and miss. This time they cheaped out on the fries and filled the container half way. The burger was not even close to warm and seved on two stale hot dog buns. I wouldn’t have cared much but I would have appreciated a heads up so I could decide if I still wanted it. The wait times are probably the worst part of the experience. My shortest wait for my usual 4 items has been 14 minutes. Okay if the food was fresh and good but it was all ICE cold. I LOVE A&W and their food but this location needs some help. Not likely to take the gamble coming here again.
