My wife and I went here on our date night last week and it was all around a great experience. I had the squid ink pasta with shrimp, calamari and a giant cheese ball on top. The sauce they used was incredible as well. Also tried the octopus leg appetizer and that was extremely good as well. The server was very good at explaining what each dish was and got us our food exactly how we ordered it. The only down side is that it is a little pricey for how much food they serve you but the quality was definitely worth it! We will be returning in the future!

Avoli was very high quality Italian cuisine. Most entrees are about $20-25, so it is not that expensive. The Penne Vodka was better than the Potato Gnocci in my opinion. The chocolate cake and Gelato was very rich and is enough to be split by two people. The bruschetta was very tasty but was not worth $14.

The service was good and the food was good. I wasn’t overly impressed with anything, but the food was all decent and the atmosphere was relaxing. The flour-less chocolate cake was pretty tasty and the tiramisu was decent also. It would have been nicer had I received the coffee I ordered and had our water been filled regularly.

Hands down The Best French Onion Soup I’ve ever had! But note, their Italian Onion Gratinato (that’s what they call it) is not always on the menu so call ahead. I also had their Penne Alla Vodka w/chicken and it was also exquisite.
