Excellent subs and excellent service. We stopped on our way home from Marathon. The owner took our order and was incredibly kind. He even gave my kids a free brownie which was amazing! The bread was FRESH and so good. What a great place. We’ll be stopping every time we visit the Keys!

The subs and antipasto salad were great! We had an Italian sub, a turkey sub and the antipasto salad and they all hit the spot! Large portions and fresh ingredients are always a good thing! If you’re staying in Key Largo or Tavernier, make sure to stop by and give them a try.

Heard good things from multiple locals about this place, and they weren’t wrong. Inside the place looked super clean and everyone was so nice (making sure everything was right and that we had what we needed). The subs are very good – packed to the gills and everything looked and tasted fresh! I had the Italian Combo and my husband had the Meatball. These are the perfect subs for a day out on the boat, too. Will definitely be a regular spot for us now that we have a 2nd home in Key Largo.

Stunbled upon Avenue Subs on our way to Key West and it did not disappoint! Nick, the owner was there both times we stopped by. His subs are delicious, well priced, and full of flavor. The boys were salivating over the warm Hitman sub that we had to stop by a second time on our way out of Key West. The meatball and Italian sub were so fresh as well. Do not pass this place without giving it a try! Nick, you’re awesome!

The BEST subs. We always make it a point to get a sub on the way in and out of the keys! I would normally get Turkey and cheese but their ham is sooooo good, it’s worth getting the ham sandwich!
