My husband and I moved to Florida almost 3 years ago. We both grew up on Long Island NY, home to the diner. Though NY diners are open till the wee hours of the morning, it’s the great food that keeps them going.

The food is great. The diner is small, so service is fast. The Country Scrabble (omelet over biscuit covered in gravy) is delicious, but I get bacon instead of ham. The corned beef hash is tasty with the potatoes actually fried. Recommend going.

This diner is everything you’d expect from a diner. The best part of all is the service. Extremely friendly and quick. Food was above average but not a destination in itself. If you’re in the neighborhood, it’s worth a stop.

A little disappointed today. We have been here several times and enjoyed it, but today started off with powdered tea and not the good brewed tea that I am used to. And then I ordered the Biscuit and Gravy with eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were fine, but the biscuits were very dry and one half was so tough that it could not be cut with the fork. I was offered another biscuit, but honestly, I couldn’t image that another biscuit would be better. I was given 10% off my meal, but I didn’t seek that. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BREWED TEA.

We are from Texas and wanted breakfast. We found this quaint diner and we were instantly impressed. Valerie was our server and she was so friendly. We had some of the best biscuits and gravy we have had outside of Texas. Very reasonably price, great orange juice, and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this diner!

Loved my pulled pork omelet there yesterday. My husband got the gyro omelet (he said good, but not great…he liked my pulled pork omelet that I generously let him try). I will definitely be back to try something that I saw on the chalkboard that I didn’t know that they sold…bagel with salmon. I work in that area, so that’s a big “yes” to buy and take to work.
