This was my first time trying Liberian food and it definitely didn’t disappoint! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They even gave us samples of their dishes to help us decide what we wanted — but they were all so good we ended up ordering some of everything! We especially loved the cassava leaf and will definitely be coming back to try more of the dishes on their weekly menu. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

I drove all the way from Chandler to buy food from this restaurant. Omg, the Jellof rice and dry rice were amazing. Even my family went for seconds. Keep up the good work.

I love going to this place. The food is authentic and the staff are top notch friendly. They make you feel at home. The owner is always cracking jokes with all the customers. I am definitely going back again again. I recommend this place. They give you a lot of food too, I usually get take home bowl.

I forgot to mention. Everytime I go it’s a treat. They know me by name and my adult daughters! I can’t wait to try the pepper soup and fufu or the LIB Ribs- gotta order ahead. I keep forgetting. Anyways…. best Liberian food in Phoenix!!!

As an asian person, and a first timer in this restaurant came with my husband, even though its 30 mins drive, it is definitely worth it. I definitely recommend the spinach dish they had, the plam butter, the okra sauce and the fried talapia fish. The staff are nice, you can interact in the kitchen. Rich flavor, more spices and mixed meats in their food.

We visited today to celebrate my sister’s birthday. I must say they are beyond five star. Not only was the food superb but the service was awesome as well. We took a five hour flight to get here and it was well worth the trip.

We had THE BEST meal here tonight! Family owners Cynthia Tina, and James welcomed us warmly . Since we’d never eaten Liberian food. they generously gave us tastes of the day’s menu. We asked them to bring us an assortment of dishes they thought we should try and their choices were a mouth watering variety of foods seasoned to perfection! The dry rice and palava sauce were delicious and we loved the Jollof Rice and cassava leaf. The wings are outstanding as are the fried plantains and fish. We can’t wait to come back for the fried okra and collard greens. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the nonstop carry out pickups were indicative of how many people have already discovered this treasure of a restaurant. We’re not surprised to hear that people come from Las Vegas and Prescott just to eat at Authentic Liberian Cuisine! We will be back soon!
