I worked here for years planning to work to make the place a better place and it has only become a disaster, they smoke in the back all day and fail to answer the phone. The grease trap in the back is filled and they have done nothing about the smell but put a fan out back and hope for the best. The stores cleanliness is horrible and that is due to an inability to cooperate with there staff. The boss is a creep and hangs out with the under age kids that work there. I could care less to waste my time cold dialing cooperate nor work with there new manager of the store ,Chris. He is a 46 yo black man, He is the manager of the store and fails to treat his customers with human decency. I worked very hard and long for this store only to get fired because I was moving homes and didn’t show up for a few days, I asked if it was ok and they said it was fine. I said to let me know if they needed me and they said it they didn’t need me. He then tried firing me due to no call, no showing from that exact day. But like I said I had called, TWICE asking if it was fine. He had issues with me already, but would never voice them and speak to me about them, he would also look down as we are having a casual conversation and it would make me incredibly uncomfortable and I have a feeling he knew it. I do not care to work with the staff nor the business anymore, good riddance, they lost a good friend, and a great worker.

The customer service here is amazing! A while back I ordered pizza, drinks and a salad for delivery and when I received my order toppings and my drinks were missing. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone explained to me that they don’t have their own drivers, they only used third party drivers like door dash. Because of this they couldn’t easily just send me a new pizza. I have no idea how they ended up doing this but the worker basically placed another online order for me for free and 20 minutes later a door dash driver showed up with replacement food! It’s really rare to find customer service this good now days.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Hard, dry, chewy. Very little sauce, cheese or toppings. Pricey. Our children had difficulty biting into it. Better off with a frozen pizza. Would cost less and taste better.

Despite the negative reviews, I really enjoyed my first experience with this place. I have actually not been impressed with the pizza places near 620 that I have tried since moving to the area in June 2020. Tried this place on a whim after seeing it near HEB. Ordered through Door Dash and loved it. I will definitely be ordering again. Here’s to Austin’s hopefully being my new go to for pizza.

We ordered a vegan pizza (sub for vegan cheese) and it came with feta cheese on it. Of course it took me a hot minute to see it- most of the pizza was gone, and my daughter has a severe dairy allergy. I called and when I finally spoke to a manager, he didn’t sound concerned at all, what’s the problem attitude- not even an apology. If they don’t care about the customer or details, what else are they going to slide on? Another manager is suppose to call. We will see what they say next. We don’t plan on ever eating there again.
