Austin’s American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With three great Fort Collin’s locations—one in the heart of Old Town, another on Harmony Road and one in Greeley, we’ll have you wondering why mom’s food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. Savory roasts and chicken cooked over an open flame in our front-of-the-house rotisserie. All-natural buffalo seasoned to perfection. Cornbread baked in iron skillets with honey butter. Signature cocktails sweetened with fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Plus, our decadent desserts are made fresh daily, giving you an excuse to stop in for a slice that reminds you of home. There’s a reason Austin’s is one of Northern Colorado’s favorite destinations.

Wow! Our first time here and we were impressed right off the bat. Looking at the menu, it was very affordable. Drinks came and they were very good! Food was incredible (my husband chose the basic burger and I had the turkey sandwich with veggies). Will definitely be one our of go to’s!

After a visit to the Colorado Model Railroad Museum, we visited Austin’s American Grill which is within a quick walk from the museum. First time visit to the grill and has a nice lunch experience with our party of 4. Plenty of street parking right in front of the restaurant and not crowded at all for a Saturday afternoon.

Excellent service, server/bar tender was super friendly and knowledgeable, you could tell he was able to spot who was looking for what and made great suggestions. Very clean and neat place, food was on point , only suggestion I have is – the coleslaw looks amazing-not as good as it could be, still good but it looks fancier then it taste but it’s not bad at all,I’m just from the south and coleslaw is a staple with many meals.. I had tacos- on point, wings- perfect, and tried one rib- personally mine I serve are bigger but I did say I just wanted to try just one and I think I got an end cut,but I definitely can’t complain about the flavor or texture..and others review pics of them look great and regular sized.Good job guys/gals, don’t let it slide downhill with time, keep up the good work.

Really nice place in downtown Greeley, I believe just recently opened (?) Service was very good, I had the half chicken salad sandwich and beer cheese soup ( both were homemade I think, definitely not the usual that you get) and tasty- they have a variety of beers on tap among other beverages. Very inviting place

We had a good time here and will return. They’ve been open for a week and are still working out some kinks. The cocktails were excellent, wait staff outstanding. I think the kitchen needs a little more attention. The ribs were a little dry and the fries came out way too salty. The salad was excellent and very tasty.

First and foremost the service was fantastic. Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. Being my first time here I ordered several items and none of them disappointed me.

We were pretty disappointed with the new “hip” place in town. Greeley needs a nicer restaurant….to bad this place missed the mark.

Went for lunch and had a great experience. Fast ordering, prepared as requested, and tasted great. Service was also great too. Will definitely return when in the area.

We have enjoyed going to Austin’s in Fort Collins for almost 20 years now and were glad to see them come to downtown Greeley. Been to the new location three times now and while there are some opening pains (especially staffing which is a challenge in all restaurants), the food and service has met or exceeded the high standard they have established at both locations in Fort Collins. While I have been a huge fan of the wood fired rotisserie chicken spits in both FC locations, the new fangled gas fired rotisseries produced excellent flavor, and the seasoning was spot on. Ditto for the classic garlic mashed potatoes which are famously consistent.

First impressions are fantastic. The service here is on point, the staff is dressed exquisitely. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, comfortable seating and very clean. The menu has alot to offer and reasonably priced. The food was Amazing, fresh, hot and delicious. Plenty of drink options with bar seating. Austin’s is a step up for Greeley.
