Elegant and chic without being pretentious. Amazing food! Hot and fresh. And what an atmosphere. Bistro is a great name. The doors were open with the sound of heavy rain outside and the slight breeze only added to the ambiance. Everything you’re looking for on a night out!

My lunch was delicious! A little on the pricier side for lunch, but it felt worth the cost for the fresh ingredients made to order in great flavor combinations. Service was slow at first, but they were short staffed and a large takeout order came in right before I arrived. My food was made very promptly once I was able to order, and they were apologetic for the wait.

This was such a surprise! We were just walking down the sidewalk looking for something to grab us to eat. We looked at the menu located outside, LOVED the atmosphere on the inside, and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Bruschetta, and Charcuterie Board (House Cheese Platter). We ordered it for 3 people, and it was more than enough to fill us up. The bread was all so incredible and everything paired so well with the platter of cheeses, fruit and meat choices. The Bruschetta was the best any of us has had, I really liked the cucumbers in it! We will definitely make this a prime stop for us every time we are in the area!

Outstanding service, delicious food! We began with bruschetta, and followed with Asian Chicken Saute, Southern Smothered Pork Chop, Sausage Lasagna & Rooster Skin. It was all wonderful! My only complaint was no a/c. It was very warm.

We went here because the Barista at out hotel suggested it, I think they were relatives. We spent over $100 for two meals and neither was exceptional or even good. Salmon and pasta. I really don’t recommend, please review before you go. This was not a good place to eat, much better food in town for way less.

Jefferson TX. is the perfect little getaway if you’re looking for a laid back relaxing day I highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.

What a delightful find; we tried to talk the chef into coming to our neighborhood! I had the fabulous Super Foods Salad and my husband had the sausage lasagna, which he said was amazing. Awesome awesome restaurant!

My brother-in-law drove from Dallas to eat here since he missed getting a meal here at Pilgrimage. He was not disappointed with his smothered pork chop, which I believe is the best plate on the menu. I opted for the lighter tuna salad and house salad, and managed to talk him out of his side of bread. Yum, it is practically dessert. Service was wonderful also.
