I stopped in Aurelio’s to get a carryout pizza. Place the order for a medium deep dish pizza with two toppings. I asked for a glass of water while I was waiting. Now understand today’s date is August 24th 2023. I don’t know what the temperature index was at 5:15 when I walked in but I can tell you I was soaking wet beat red in the face I’m in my mid-60s and I needed a glass of water. I was told they didn’t have water to go. I said I didn’t need a water to go I just wanted one to drink while I was waiting for the pizza. I was told they sold them in the cooler and I would have just have to ask the boss. Are you kidding me? What in the world happened to Common Sense and decent humanity? Needless to say I told her to keep my order. Aurelio’s please please train your staff to be decent human beings. You can look at the staff chart for today between 5:00 and 5:30 and know exactly who is at the register.

The best pizza! The Portage location has a wonderful dine in section with friendly and efficient servers! I love the sausage and cheese pizza with a side order of garlic bread. The White Zinfandel wine was perfect!

We’ve only ever had carry out from here, until this month, we’ve had 2 parties here for our 2 kids. Sherie (sp?) was our waitress both times & she was amazing!!! She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and attentive. She also sang the kids each a special birthday song. The food both times was also very good. And having the party area to ourselves was great. We will definitely be back.

We were passing through and we always look for where the locals eat. We were not disappointed at this pizza establishment. They were shorthanded but the menu items we could order were great. The waitress was a nice older lady who was great. I will be looking for these pizza places as we travel.

Aurelios in portage is absolutely awesome. From the Cobb salad to pasta as well as the best meatballs we’ve ever had. The pizza is delicious with fresh ingredients and the sauce, it’s better than any sauce from any restaurant we’ve ever been to. We always have our food delivered and it’s hot, fresh and the absolute best food in town.

Very disappointed this time. Peporini should be crispy not soggy. Dough should be cooked threw not doughy in the middle of a thin crust pizza. Cheese should be bubbly not barely melted. Doesn’t taste like classic aurelios at all. I’ve had better frozen pizzas than this.

One of my favorite pizza joints!! It been such a long time I was able to order from here. Lately when I have been calling they’ll say their taken last order of the night and kitchen is closed. Which is a bummer because it usually closes at 10. I’m sure if this due to short staff. Anyways I always order their chicken, mushrooms, and onions thin crust pizza and today it didn’t disappoint!

First I was disappointed to find out there was no deep dish pizza tonight on a Saturday. A pizza is so watery it’s almost like soup. This is the first time in thirty years I have ordered from Aurelio’s and I never will again.

We love Aurelio’s. But last night I ordered two ham sandwiches and an antipasto salad for two, as a carry out. The salad was mostly head lettuce which, let’s face it, is crunchy water, very little cheese, ham or pepperoni. Lots of olives. But the sandwiches were the biggest disappointment. One paper thin slice of ham, on a ham sandwich! One! More watery lettuce and a mealy, anemic tomato slice. This was $31.56. I understand everything is more expensive because of Bidenflation, but if you’re going to raise prices that much, you shouldn’t be cutting corners too. That’s just wrong. And advertise it as a lettuce sandwich. We do love their salad dressing, though. Won’t be doing this again.
