I love the pizza until this week, after eating most of our food (Pizza and Mostaccioli) we discovered a press on nail at the bottle of our pasta? Holy Cow So sadly after this I no longer can eat here, this is beyond bad and honestly should never happen period. Very sad since the pizza is my favorite and now I cannot stomach going back, and the folks are nice just guys this should never happen, never.

Ordered food on Friday night with my Girlfriend and we were looking forward to not cooking as we have a newborn at the house. Sadly, we were told 35 minutes when we ordered at 6:15; as I write this it is now 7:28 and I am yet to receive any food that I paid for almost 40 minutes ago when I got here.

Have ordered twice from new Lenox, I love Aurelios, but this is the worst Aurelios. Tombstone pizzas are better than this joint in new Lenox. Disappointed. Hardly any cheese on the pizza when I asked for extra cheese and both time pizza well done, burnt crust.

Just got a delivery order . Didn’t get my salad or dipping sauce for chicken tenders. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I got a breaded chicken sandwich. I called and they told me they don’t have grilled chicken sandwiches. I wasn’t told that when I ordered. The guy even read the order back to me twice and still never said they didn’t have grilled. Plus the bun was stale and no lettuce. They said they will have the driver bring back the salad. Still waiting! It says grilled chicken on the website. Not even an apology!

If you are visiting Chicago, this is what you MUST do. Order a large Spinach Calabrese from Aurelio’s. But you make sure to tell them to add EXTRA spinach, EXTRA cheese and EXTRA marinara sauce. It is the closest taste of heaven you will ever get on this mortal coil. And if you’re from Chicago, And you’ve had Chicago Pizza but you’ve never tried the Calabrese, what are you doing with your life order it right freaking now!!!! Lifetime fan!
