This place is extremely clean and decorated very nicely. Probably the biggest dinning space I have ever seen in a soul food restaurant. They seem to have a great system in the kitchen as far as taking orders, organizing orders and delivering your order accurately.

Only salmon they have is salmon cakes and they are terrible. The taste is off. No flavor at all for the price I paid. The Caucasian woman at the front is rude. I called to ask a question and she picked up and said (we are no longer taking phone orders Goodbye) and hung up on me before I could ask a question. Mac and Cheese/turkey wings/collard greens/chicken fingers were slamming…. French Fries were dry with zero salt…

It was a phenomenal experience at Cracker Barrel! Met my sister’s pastor there to discuss her health, and the service was great. Food was right on point my steak and eggs were wonderful, and the pancakes were out of this world. The service was the absolute best part!

I got the chicken wing platter with sweat potatoes and Mac and cheese. The chicken wings tasted like oil…. burnt oil. The Mac and cheese portion is two bites and no flavor. Sweet potatoes weren’t any bit of sweet. My co worker got the pork chop platter that was good but there potato salad was a little on the sweet side.

That food was OK, but the mac and cheese were just pasta and breadcrumbs. No cheese, and I don’t like mac and cheese that has breadcrumbs in it. It had a weird texture to it.

My family and I visited for the first and last time to have Sunday dinner. The dining area was open when we arrived at 6:30 to be rudely told that we had to place our order first and wait to seat our selves because it wasn’t that type of party. Ordered our food and after being told there were no more turkey wings another customer came behind us and was able to order the smothered turkey wings that I previously tried to order. I was told because it would be 10 minutes as to why I was told they were out. Smh. Long story short the lady who took our order proceeded to say that the dining area was closed after she called me up to get our food at 6:45. The gravy on the smothered chicken was straight out of the jar. After telling the cashier about her poor service and that a review would be left she switched up and tried to play nice, like she hadn’t done anything. Ha I have already told my family and friends not to go here if they don’t mind rude and dishonest services for the money that we paid. Would have been better going to Applebee’s. It’s always your own people when you try to support.

Taste of food changed. Portions are smaller with higher prices. They ran out of rolls and wouldn’t substitute for cornbread instead. Wanted to charge me more so I left without both. Smh
