First time coming here. Will be coming again! Got the oxtails. I hope everyone that works at this restaurant is okay because man, there was a lot of SOUL poured into those oxtails. I sopped up the oxtail juices with my roll! I wanted to keep the bones for some kind of ritual for later on, however my lady would not let me keep them. I also had the squash casserole and fried okra. The squash casserole also had a lot of SOUL in it and was extremely tasty. Perfect breading on the okra and you could tell the okra was nice and fresh. Perfectly cooked.

The food was good. Unfortunately!! They were not really prepared for that many people at one time. I know they probably really needed the business. However if 50 plus people show up at 5:30 p.m. and I’m due to close at 6:30 p.m. I really would have pointed them in a different direction or I would have offered one particular main dish and two sides. For example something easy like chicken or fish with fries and a salad or something really easy. I have the pork chop and the baked beans they were really good. Unfortunately I forgot my plate and my sippy cup on the table trying to Corral all the kids out of the restaurant. But overall the food was great and the service was good too.

This place has enough parking for 5 cars the woman who greeted me and the way I was greeted let me know I was in the worst of neighborhoods. I came to get a full dinner but the way the lady was treating mei got a veggie plate. The food wasn’t bad but I probably won’t go back.

This restaurant is a Whole VIBE! It’s so cute and quaint! The atmosphere is relaxing and classic! The food is phenomenal! The service superb! My fiancé and I loved everything about this place. So much so we’re inviting our family and friends to join us after our ceremony. Most of all we love Mrs. Audrey! She is the sweetest, and baby she can cook cook! We love it here!
