Absolutely WoW!! All I can say is you have to try this spot for breakfast when visiting Colorado Springs!! Traveled with my family including my selective teens and they all left with a smile and satisfied belly.

Well before we ate anything the hostess sent us upstairs, I asked her if it was outside she stated no. We climbed the stairs to find the the doors and gargage door were open. Wow. Know your whereabouts!!!! I told the waitress it was a little chilly she stated oh well you’ll be fine. Last time for here. Update chicken sandwich over done waffle fries brought out prior to sandwich not a fan

It’s extremely sad that Dani is now the GM. She has banned every prior employee for no reason. She is so threatened by the presence of prior employees and their ability to do the job better then her, that she has decided that thier money is not good here.

Would love to leave a review on the food, however, my boyfriend and I were sat outside and waited over 20 minutes with no service. Not even a greeting from our server. We sadly ended up leaving.

Atomic Cowboy was good. The biscuits were all quality, but a sandwich made with them is really tough to eat with how easily they break apart. Ended up having to go fork and knife. I got a The Elmer 2.0, and it definitely had some spice to it. It seemed like there wasn’t enough pork belly on it (maybe 2 strips) which was a bit of a bummer. It felt like I mostly just ate a biscuit with BBQ, slaw, and fried onions on it. Although it did come with house-made pickles, which were fantastic. The waffle fries were great, but they charge extra for BBQ sauce on the side (we weren’t warned about that). Biscuits and gravy were also pretty good, they had a little bit of spice as well. The staff were all really friendly and attentive. Overall a decent place to eat.

There is a lot of smothering going on! The biscuits are yummy the stacks are high, the bacon is thick. I like the concept of space sharing in the building with Atomic Cowboy. Love the fact the you get coffee in “re-used” coffee cups. The service was nice. I am not a biscuit kinda girl, but it wouldn’t be fair to judge them by me not liking that.
