What an amazing find in the valley! This place is unassuming, yet easily the best meal I had during a week of vacation. Our server was so warm and knowledgeable, and they accommodated vegetarians without blinking an eye. The food was incredible and offered at a very reasonable price for a prix fixe dinner. It’s BYOB, but the attached bottle shop has everything your wine-loving heart desires.

We had the pleasure of dining here in December for a company holiday dinner. This was our second time dining with Atlas, and it was wonderful. The food was amazing and the staff was incredible.

My husband took me here for my birthday and everything was perfect; from the amazing service to every single dish, the wine selections/recommendations and attention to detail. Very happy with this place. 10/10

Both servers we had were spectacular! My only complaint was that they didn’t explain to me that if you don’t pick some add on items, you don’t get the entire dish at all. I thought they were add-ons to the dish itself, but no, you watch other people around you eat, and you don’t. It was quite embarrassing. Other than that, the food is great! I don’t like how cramped the seating area is either. You’re piled in on top of other people there, and it’s not condousive to the price you pay for exclusivity. Other than that, it’s a good experience.

First two courses were pretty good and was down hill from there but no one at the restaurant would have known because no one asked if we enjoyed anything after the appetizer. Granted we were sat towards the end of dinner service but midway through the meal the whole place started to smell of cleaning supplies. For the price, we probably wouldn’t go back.

Once again, Atlas hits it out of the park!! This review would be SO long if I went through all of the nuances of the ingredients and preparation on the menu! Suffice it to say, this is such a delight to have in Phoenix, and foodies would be hard pressed to find many (any?) complaints. Having dined In MANY countries around the world, we still found completely novel and unique combinations here that we never thought would exist. It was delicious, And continues to illustrate that many of these so called classics are sort of tired, rote, and overpriced. This no frills place is a delight to the palate. Max in the wine bar was uber helpful mit German wines! Thanks Atlas!

It’s still Restaurant week! Last night I had a solo dinner at @atlasbistrobyob . They were not listed in the advertised site for Restaurant Week but they offered a promotion Wednesday & Thursday only to feature their three course meal for $44! (Regularly $65). The restaurant is “hidden” inside of the winery #arizonawine. With only 9 tables available in this quaint location, reservations are important! It is also BYOB. Once you decide what you plan to have for dinner head into that winery for a bottle or two. The wines range from $8-$800. I chose a Tempranillo. It paired well with that seafood and pasta I had. My three courses included the following:

Phenomenal dining experience. The price is high but it is honestly worth it. We don’t really dine high end so this was really a fun treat. It’s truly a unique experience and the food was so fun to eat.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. I’m in love with the local farm fresh ingredients, as well as the tiny number of tables for guests, creating an intimate atmosphere. It’s a restaurant for people who LOVE food, & who want to appreciate the artisan from the grower, to the chef. Impressive and thoughtful plates. I’m glad my partner & I, decided to stimulate our local economy, and re enter life after quarantine at Atlas Bistro. I’ll be back again- & again
