Overall, good experience. Not a fan of some of the changes by the new owners, namely, they changed the cups, you seem to get less for your money, and they switched out the Coke machine to an old fashioned fountain station. Value for the dollar, about or below average. Hoping they take this and other feedback and that they continue to succeed. (Also, there’s a fee to be in/use the conference area.)

I am updating my previous review from 1/26/23 from 1 star to 5+ stars. Any company that personally reaches out to a customer to make things right and goes above and beyond to assure they are happy not only deserves 5 stars, but also deserves your business! Olga, the general manager reached out to me the next day and apologized for the mix-up with my order and with the mishap with the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. She made sure that I could pick up the items in my original order the next morning. I picked up a box of goodies on Sat. morning and with an extra surprise as well. The bakery was so fresh and tasty and my family really enjoyed the muffins, muffin tops and pastry.
