Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be mozzarella, tomato, basil, red onion, balsamic, and lettuce- instead got soggy bread with just mozzarella and tomato. Extremely disappointing

Came here for lunch because Atlanta Bread is one of my favorite places for lunch and I wasnt very impressed. The service was fast but one of the staff members kept using an electris fly swatter bug zapper by the service window. It was so disgusting. I checked my food to make sure there were no bugs in it. The potato soup was hot and very good. My California Avacado sandwhich was very dry and disgusting, I couldnt even finish it.

The service experience was disappointing. Upon entering, when I requested a table, the initial waiter (a taller African gentleman) directed me to a takeout counter(?), despite many empty tables. Confusion arose when I returned with my order, as another server explained it was for takeout only. I was eventually seated – the shorter African server was friendly. Regrettably, the California sandwich did not make up for all this, it had dense, stale bread. Would not recommend.

Delicious food and cold brews. Good spot to eat while on a layover.

The service was excellent, and the beer was delicious

I was on a layover in ATL with my mother who uses a wheelchair. We were at Gate 12 for our flight to RSW. We were told they couldn’t seat us because of the wheelchair. I looked around the restaurant seating area. All they had to do was move a chair from one of the empty tables and that would have accomodated her perfectly. We were exhausted and I just didn’t have a fight in me. Went to McDonalds down the terminal. I went back to take a pic of the sign and another traveler approached me saying she watched the whole thing and that she felt it was wrong as well. I am still a little in shock over this…if that was legal, it shouldn’t be. I hope ATL takes notice.

I ate breakfast here with my family during a layover. Restaurant was busy but server still sid amazing. Food and drinks were great. Had a mess up with our tab and the server said it had been taken care of. When I got back from vacation I noticed it hadn’t been taken care of on my bank statement. I called customer service, Travis Jones listened to my problem and helped me so promptly. The general manager then get ahold of me very quickly and took care of it. I believe her name was Alicia. It was so nice to have them help so quickly and nicely. Definitely recommend and give these people a raise!

Just stopped here for a quick pre-flight beverage. Attentive service, good handful of beers on tap. They had several sandwiches and appetizers on the menu, but I didn’t get a chance to try any of them. Right by gate A12. Not really cheap, but fair prices for an airport restaurant.

Lines were long, there were several menu items unavailable. They also didn’t take my Atlanta Bread gift card and sent me on a wide goose chase to another Atlanta Bread company in the Airport. I still have the gift card and since the restaurant isn’t anywhere in my city it is a hassle.

A brief escape from the airport chaos. The food is decent, they have draft beer and the service is well orchestrated. Thanks to Steven A for his upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor. Not gourmet but “go-R-mey”.
