TERRIBLE service and food. I’m a very fair person when I’m judging the food I eat, without underselling and overselling it the quality of the food and service. But HOLY HELL.

The 2 dry rubs I got were a little too salty but wanted to try them in boneless style. The original bone-in is always delicious never a complaint with those. Been consuming ATL wings for over 3 years. Their ranch is some of the best around!

I have given them enough opportunities to make this right and each time they mess something up when I order through Doordash so I know it is the restaurant’s fault and not the delivery agency. Something is always missing. This last time HALF of my order was completely missing. Wings are excellent but if your customer service is poor , your product has no hope.

My first time having wings at this company and I wasn’t disappointed. DON the owner(black owned) was at the front dishing out orders. I walked in and another customer mentioned how good the wings are so I was ready to try them. I ordered online and DON informed me they was out of lemon pepper( a good sign that the wings are good). I tried the garlic pepper instead and he gave me a free sample of a wing flavor. He clearly wanted me back for some more and I will be back because they was excellent. I am glad they have one down the street from now it’s wings time.

The food is great but the customer service needs an upgrade. I called asked about the ingredients because they have a lot of flavors but idk what is. I asked what is chef special she said is garlic parmesan then I asked about toxic and she didn’t know. When I arrived to pick up my order I notice garlic parmesan and chef special were two different items! The lady working there is lazy and gives the company a bad name. Please provide idea of the ingredients. I did not know Lucky sweet reds was pineapples and tomatoes, and I was going to order that but I had to google.

I ordered boneless wings and it was soggy and tough. The flavor was somewhat bland and the overall quality of the chicken was equivalent to elementary school cafeteria food. However, the prices match the quality so that’s fair.

Waited an hour, spent almost $50 and I got soggy fries and tiny cold wings. The staff needs better training, both girls at the front desk have no idea what’s in the sauces and there was trash on two of five tables. I’ve been to other locations and they were good. What a disappointment!!

We just left there and they screwed up our order. We called to try to get what they shorted us and the man that answered kept trying to charge us even more. Beware. It also smelled like sewer over by the drink fountain. Way too much money to not get all of our food.

Fantastic service by Trinity at the counter, very helpful brought out samples for us to decide. Very polite, clean environment, cooks are killing it in the kitchen. ATL fries are out of this world. I had Koolaid for the first time in a decade and absolutely zero regrets about it. Will absolutely be back again.
